Hi! I'm Jill!
Jill is passionate about living a holistic lifestyle and inspiring and uplifting others. She has been studying manifestation, human consciousness and the laws of the Universe for more than 25 years. In her classes and workshops she reminds people that the magic is within you… everything you need to create the life you want is inside of you! She has become a manifesting Diva and is so happy to teach others to do the same!
She has been teaching a variety of her own unique meditation based self-empowerment classes since 2004. After practicing Yoga for several years she decided to deepen her practice by taking Yoga Tree’s 200 Hour Yoga Alliance approved Teacher Training in 2017. She has trained and received a certification in Restorative Yoga in 2018. Jill is certified in Hypnotherapy (1998), and Theta Healing I and II (2021 and 2022.) She is also a Usui Reiki practitioner.
Jill and her sister hosted weekend retreats in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania for 4 years. In 2017 she began hosting yearly retreats in Costa Rica and LOVES taking people to the Nicoya Peninsula, each year with a different, empowering theme of the week! The Costa Rican vibe resonates with Jill and her husband who now stay there each winter for a couple months.
Another passion is studying herbalism and Jill studied through a course called Alchemical Herbalism with Sajah Popham as well as on her own informally for the last 20 years. She playfully calls herself an herbal goddess and kitchen witch, as growing and foraging herbs, flowers and other medicinal plants is such a joy to bring into the kitchen to create with! She creates natural products and creative herbal cooking classes as well as Natural Spa Night combining her love for homemade, natural products with Yoga and meditation by the pool in nature to pamper people from the inside out!
Jill loves being outside in nature, gardening, herbalism, being creative in many ways, journaling, making her own natural products, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family. She is a lifetime student, and loves using her inner magic to create a fun life! She is here to inspire others to find their own inner guidance and to live their dreams!
