Jill's next retreat is at a magical new place, Anamaya Boutique Retreat Center which is nestled in the jungle, overlooking breathtaking ocean views, in one of the most beautiful and charming beach towns, Montezuma. It is on the Nicoya Peninsula on the Pacific Ocean. This area is designated as a Blue Zone where people are known to live the longest and healthiest lives. This beautiful resort offers organic gourmet meals, luxurious spa services, a stunning yoga studio with an amazing view, excursions and more! Anamaya has been placed in many “top 10” or “best of” lists by journalists and reporters who felt that what is offered at Anamaya is among the best of the best around!!
At this retreat you will discover more about yourself, self love and living from your heart and its wisdom instead of just from your head. There will be meditations, Yoga and various activities designed to help you live a more heart centered life. We will also hike to the Montezuma waterfall together. You can customize your retreat to do as much or as little as you like
Anamaya has 7 lovely rooms to choose from that are all unique, eclectic and beautiful. You get to decide if you want more of a communal room or private room. Here are the categories to choose from and the prices. Room choices are first come first serve.
These per person base rates include 7 nights accommodation with breakfast and dinner, and a daily snack each day. Most of the food is grown at their organic farm and it’s all gluten and dairy free with vegetarian and vegan options. They don’t serve red meat, but do have fresh local fish and chicken. The food is known for being absolutely delicious as well as healthy. The food is definitely a highlight of the Anamaya experience!
Dorm Rate: $1700. This room accommodates 5 women. It has a stunning ocean view and is a great option for solo travelers.
Double or Triple Occupancy Rate: $2200. Epic views, perfect for couples, BFF's, mother daughter, etc. Triple rooms are for women only.
Single Deluxe Room: $2700. Have your deluxe cabana all to yourself!
Transfers are included to and from SJO on January 25 (you must arrive by noon at the San Jose airport) and February 1. Flight is not included. If you are near the Newark NJ airport area, there is a flight we recommend that is nonstop and gets you there before noon.

Join Jill for another awesome week in gorgeous Costa Rica with daily Yoga and our program is journeying through the chakras!
We are staying at the lovely Ylang Ylang Beach Resort which is located on the beautiful Nicoya Peninsula, in the town of Montezuma which is known for its international culture, waterfalls and unique shops.
Ylang Ylang is in a beautiful natural setting, in the jungle between a pristine rainforest reserve and a white sandy beach, with more coves and longer beaches to explore nearby. You can hear the ocean waves from your cabina at night and see the sunrise on our beach every morning! There’s plenty of wildlife here, you’ll hear howler monkeys from bed and white face monkeys visit often.
The retreat includes accommodations in Ylang Ylang's newly renovated cabinas (reserved just for our retreat) nestled in the jungle a short walk from the beach (less than a minute,) breakfast and dinner included. Also included is a Sound Journeying session, daily Yoga with Jill in the yoga studio overlooking the beach with our fun chakra theme and activities based around it!
