Sound Bath with Reiki & Meditation with Anastasia & Jill
Join us for a meditative Sound Bath the first Friday of each month in the magical Zen Den, Jill's home studio in Sellersville. 6:30 - 7:30 pm. $35 each.
Anastasia from Sense N Stone will play crystal singing bowls that create soothing and harmonizing vibrations for you to clear discordance in your energy field and experience deep relaxation on every level!
As frequencies flow through the cells in your body you may sense a deeper connection to the Universal energies, guiding you to attune to the very essence of your Soul and release what no longer serves you!
During this experience Jill will weave a variety of sacred sound instruments - including drum, rattle, tainstick, chimes, Tibetan moon bowl and gong - to guide you through meditation and then share Reiki with each participant.
